Guarantee

The merchandise found on our DIMEO website are pieces guaranteed for 15 days from the date of purchase that appears on the sales note that goes with the shipment.


The warranty only covers manufacturing defects only. Excludes coverage for excessive use, abuse (accidental or intentional), abuse, theft or total or partial loss of the part or its components.

So that the guarantee of purchases made through our website can be validated , we recommend following these steps:

Let us know the reason by email during the warranty period to: direccion@dimeo.mx, describing the problem in detail and including a photo of the part in where the defect is appreciated.

In case we can determine through its description and photo that the guarantee does apply, we will send an authorization number which must be noted on the outside of the package.

You must send the part under warranty via parcel and inform us of the tracking number.

We do not cover shipping cost.

If you are in Guadalajara you can go directly to our offices located at Av. Del Colli No. 4605-A.

Once we have received the product, we will carry out an analysis of the defect, If the guarantee proceeds, the replacement will be carried out and it will be returned to the customer at his address at no cost.

In the event that the guarantee does not proceed, the merchandise will be returned to the CUSTOMER in the state in which it was received. The shipping cost will be borne by the CUSTOMER.

Returns.

If the part was purchased on our website and it was not to your liking, the CUSTOMER can return the part within 5 calendar days after receiving it from us.

Passing Returns are not accepted during this period. The merchandise must not be used and must be returned in the same box and at no time must the label be removed.

The shipping cost is not refundable.

It is necessary to show your purchase note to make the return valid.

Once your case has been analyzed and considered, we will send you an authorization number via email so that you can attach it to the package to be returned.

The cost of shipping and insurance of the merchandise to be returned is paid by the CUSTOMER.

Refund.

Having the product, we will assess the condition. If the part is in perfect condition and meets the return requirements, we will proceed to refund the cost of the part(s) through the means by which you made your purchase within a maximum of three business days.
